Wu Xi is very fond of the Minobi and their colorful displays. He studies them, distracted and eventually a blue minobi lands on him. He's not aware instantly what effects that might have or that it will be affecting him for the next week or so he will be unable to tell even the smallest of lies.
Whether you find him right after or sometime later in the week, perhaps you'll quickly realize the predicament that he's in.
[ Wu Xi has been spending a lot of time traveling and enjoying the festivities here and there. He's not quite realized yet the effects of the minobi landing on him as he moves through the market that's set up in Kyoto Station. There are items that are so oddly familiar to him and grow more so the more he peruses. He is looking over a piece of jewelry that he could swear belonged to him... ]
