honestly, Childe doesn't feel anything like "purified", which makes him wonder what the purpose of this little endeavor was. if cleansing to be had from sitting under a waterfall, maybe that meant there was some kind of magical properties to the water? it's hard to say, really. being a Hydro user didn't mean he was completely in touch with different bodies of water enough to be able to feel out anomalies between them. ]
