I have a strong tendency to take words completely at face value; nuances and some phrases with the intent of implication are difficult for me to understand.
I don't mean to be dense. But, the more I get to know you, the more I'll be able to pick up these more subtle things from you. I'm already able to tell to some extent your use of sharp language or mannerisms, and their underlying meaning, especially because I am able to read some of your body language. But in so far, that is the extent of my understanding.
