It would take a lot of convincing otherwise. I don't want you dead, but you've lived this long, I think you know how to take care of yourself when sick by now.
[What does he know about caring for a sick human, it wasn't as though he had experience. The samurai had specifically mentioned soup and ensuring he got rest, but Scaramouche is positive there's more to it than that. He decides it's not something he wants more details on, Kazuha isn't sick and it's not happening. He doesn't need to know.
It's easy to just fall in step with the other Inazuman, to allow his eyes to wander about and try and absorb all the sights, sounds and smells. There's plenty to keep his mind occupied yet it still wanders back to just what he's doing out here.
For some unfathomable reason he'd accepted the shamisen - not only agreeing to playing a song, but actually following though on his word. Scaramouche then went out of his way to meet up with the samurai, because things hadn't gone to plan, and now he was here wearing the man's scarf and planning to spend the day with him doing who knows what. He would have laughed if anyone ever told him that he would be so easily swayed by a samurai that wanted his creator dead.
Kazuha is an oddity, difficult to read when humans were usually simple. He's someone that the Sixth has been struggling with, not sure what his motivations are for continuing to offer his company. There's plenty of strikes against him - being part of the Fatui, being tied to the god the man no longer cares for, having a personality that most find difficult to be around. So why does he still offer sake, give gifts, agree to spend his time, and want to celebrate the birthday of someone most people hate?
Scaramouche is too in his head that he barely registers standing alongside Kazuha in line, the man's voice tugging him from his thoughts.]
I think you may have an obsession with more than just the Shogun.

[Because of course it's leaves.]
