[ In response there's finally, finally the familiar tone of laughter bubbling up from beside him. Childe laughs without any real care in the world, light and free like the Hydro creatures spawned from the popped bubble. The few that linger continue to dance around Diluc, little stars and larger octopi and a stray fish or two, but they neither explode nor dissipate into vapor until touched.
The one exception is perhaps the most obvious. Childe's affinity for large, flashy things has not gone unnoticed, apparently, and the whale continues to orbit gently around Diluc's form with its mournful, haunting cry.
If Diluc happens to look over he'll see that Childe, while still shirtless and scarfless, has retained the rest of his clothing and stands just out of his peripheral vision with his arms crossed over his chest. The Vision at his hip is, of course, glowing, and his hair still has that same frumpled, boyishly messy look from before.
