Strangers don't scare her. Fear is something that she doesn't do well, or often. There are some instances where it happens but it was few and far between. She knows that if anything scared her then she had Zishu there to protect her. He was there for her to hide behind, but she'd hate it. So, if she notices that his walk beside her is more subtle, she won't say.
