And I'd say it's worth it. It's more difficult than using Teyvat's elements, since the scope of what each element can do is a lot more broad. Tsuchi, for example-- you can heal wounds and broken bones with it, or manipulate rock and metal. But it can also control gravity, so you can use it to make things feel lighter or much, much heavier -- or even just propel them halfway across town.
I have a few spells I can use just by snapping my fingers, but some require chanting a poem or even singing... but I'm not very good at those ones.
