It wasn't exactly 'outside of his comfort zone', but more 'outside what he was used to'. But he had Rude's guidelines, knew what he was and wasn't okay with, and he could work inside of that.

"Alright," he agreed, looking up at Rude, but there was still more to clarify, so he held up a finger between them. "One more thing. The business. It's just business. I won't do anything with the models, but I kind of have to see them if I'm going to keep it running."

And he wanted to. It might have been a new venture, but he was invested and excited about it, and he wanted to make sure right now that they were in agreement that him working on it didn't mean he was trying to cheat or anything.
