In the Weapon Shop, there's a myriad of wooden swords to pick and choose from, many neatly wrapped and standing upright in barrels for purchase. Cloud personally goes for a dark oak one, the weight heavier but to him? It's still light.
For their quality, they're surprisingly inexpensive; it makes sense- they're not smithed weapons. So it makes Cloud's decision that much easier to pay for both of them. But more than anything, he just wants to get out there. ]
