Duo wasn't going to make Wufei say it back, really never expected for it to be said back. The fact it was accepted was good enough for Duo. He could love Wufei just fine on his own, Wufei never needed to love him in return.

And if, some day in the far distant future, Wufei finally felt that way? Duo wouldn't care for beauty. Tell him over breakfast, while walking to the shop, shout it while he was sat on the damn toilet, Duo didn't care. It could be the most romantic moment or the most mundane, Duo would take it.
