We do, although they aren't... mm. Natural, if you like. We aren't meant to linger in the world - it's dangerous, when there are Necromancers about, who might capture a wayward soul and bind them. But also... we're meant to be Incarnate - to have flesh. To be without... it's risky. Eventually, one starts to... crave it. Any way one can get it.
