But... here he is, being so sweet with her and telling her that the onigiri she'd made was okay, boosting her the moment she was down, and the next, he's being thoughtful about wanting to eat together.

In a matter of seconds, Ayaka's away in the kitchen. Because she wasn't sure if Cloud owned a pot or a stove, she'd prepared everything before hand— sencha in a nice thermos so she can just serve in separate cups. It's why she only takes about two minutes before she's back with a tray, two cups, and the thermos if Cloud would like more.
Serving him his cup first, then the rest, the tray is placed on the other end of the table, away from them. ]
