Ah, not quite.
[Carbuncle bobs a little, but is remarkably still otherwise. Until it holds out a little paw, as if to handshake.]
'Tis a basic construct, a being made of arcane energies. Unlike an animal, it has no life of its own and follows basic commands of my will.
[If Koro were to touch the carbuncle, it would be solid to the touch and much like poking a dense cotton cloud.]
