He fidgets as she starts to approach before slowly lowering himself with a sprawl of tentacles so that he is closer to her height. Indeed, he has nothing to fear from her alone. His nervousness has nothing to do with whether she is a threat or not. There's just something about tonight that has him on edge around anyone who is not an obvious friend.
