[ Venti seems pretty pleased by the acceptance. He wasn't sure if the other would if only because he sometimes acts like Venti's desire to drink makes him a giant nuisance. (He sees through it, he'd say, he knows that Morax cares for him and sees him as a friend despite the protests.) He doesn't make a move to release him, either. He likes the contact between the two of them. There's something about Zhongli that seems to put him at ease. As if that something is a mystery. A friendship that spans many mortal lifetimes couldn't possibly be it, right? ]
