Vegas let go of Pete's hand so he could drape his arm around the man's shoulders instead. It made it easier for Pete to lean on him and for Vegas to hug him close while they walked. He knew the way to most of the shops around here because Vegas did most of the shopping when it came to food (unless someone wanted something specific for themselves). So his feet moved on their own and he was able to focus on what Pete was expressing.
"Yeah... it's tough," he finished quietly. He's silent for a moment, then adds, "You can come to me. Any time. I'm not too busy for you."
