Closed to Nie Mingjue
Lan Xichen has been rather busy since he'd arrived. First it had been with his brother and securing a place for them, then Nie Mingjue had been found and he'd poured all his energy into healing him from the qi deviation - or near enough to it to have terrified him. But Mingjue has woken up. That in itself is a small miracle, and Xichen is grateful.
He peers outside and smiles at the sunlight, so returns to his love's side. "Would you take a walk with me, Da Ge? It's a beautiful day out." He doesn't really need to hear the other man's answer to know it, but refrains from simply helping him out of bed and to start the process of getting ready after a week's bedrest.
Open: Out and about
There is much to see, and with a little less to worry about (or maybe he's been chased away for some time to himself, who can tell?) he begins to really look around the city he's heard called Tokyo. But with the strange modes of transportation used here, he might end up in a completely different place! Always he looks for anyone who might need help.
But he can also be found among gardens or parks, playing his xiao and enjoying the fresh air.

"I'm here, Gege."
Xichen doesn't need to fight any battle alone.

Xichen sits and breathes in the steam from the tea with a quiet little sigh. "Thank you, Didi. Da Ge liked the tea and broth you made him."
He's awake! His heart jumps for joy every time he remembers those eyes opening without that redness.

Without saying anything further, he rests his hands on his brother's shoulders and gives him some of his healing energy.

"So is Wei Wuxian." Maybe not everyone believes it. But he knows this in his heart.
He doesn't protest receiving healing energy - his own reserves are painfully thin, despite the nap Mingjue had insisted he take. But stable.

But he has never once questioned Wei Ying's goodness.
"Mm." he nods firmly, immovable on that point and for good reason!
The energy passes between them smoothly and Wangji gives of himself as much as he dares. He would give his brother more if he thought Xichen would accept it.
"He is awake?"

Xichen keeps an eye on just how much his brother gives, ready to shift away if he deems it too much. But his brother knows him well, and stops before that point.
"He woke, sane. He's sleeping now."

"Baxia." he begins, taking a seat near his brother, "Where can it be sealed?"

He'd just not dared take enough time to get his brother's help for it before pouring as much of himself (and probably a bit too much) into dragging his beloved back to sanity.
"As much as I would like to send it as far away from here as I can, that would do no good. Baxia would find a way back to Da Ge. If we keep it here, and calm, it might stay put unless he summons it directly." Which he'll do his best to avoid that being necessary.

"Show me where you put it and I will add my strength to yours."
The second part is more Xichen's forte. He has to keep Mingjue calm and out of conflict. That isn't easy, he knows. He faces the same trial with Wei Ying and his dizi.

So, when Xichen peers outside he merely gives a nod to the words, getting up out of the bed, and gets ready for the day. His body protests to it but he wasn't about to ask for help. Xichen had been helping enough as it was.
Once he's ready he moves to the other man's side," Lets go." He could tease and say they needed to get Xichen out in the sun, but they both needed it. Not one over the other.

He watches Mingjue closely, ready to step in without requiring the proud man to have to ask. And he's also dressing. So is ready by the time the other man moves to his side, and smiles before leading the way outside. Always he's ready to step in or offer a shoulder to lean on if Mingjue needs it.
"There's a nice little park not too far away." With benches and plenty of pretty things to look at.

He can feel those eyes on him, but doesn't comment on it. Mingjue knows exactly what his lover is doing. A silent way of offering help without offering help. If anyone knew him well it was Xichen. No one else knew him as well as this man did.
"Still intent on us not going far?" A slight tease, possibly, mixed in with the gruffness that was solely him.

He doesn't even try to hide his concern. Anyone else he'd make stay in bed for at least another day. But his Mingjue is special, and strong...not to mention stubborn. So letting him up and moving around a little is a benefit, a concession to the man's strength of character and perhaps a little reward for cooperating.
The tease makes him grin just a little. "A little further every day." He won't deny picking the particular park specifically for it's location.

Stubborn, unfortunately, was a bit of a Nie trait. Even his baby brother was stubborn in his own right. Though, being able to be up and moving around helps. It gets Xichen even more of the cooperation he wants and needs.
"I think you just want to keep me in bed longer." More teasing. "How far are you trying to take us by the end of all of it?"

Plus, he's rather grateful for that stubbornness. It's part of why he still has his Mingjue. It's part of who this man is. And Mingjue does listen to him, which always warms his heart.
He loves being teased by this love of his. "Can I be blamed? I like having you in my bed." In so many, many ways. "Today we will go at least once around the park." Depending on what he sees in Mingjue's gait and how his pulse is feeling when they rest.

"Yet, you want me up and about," he states with a bit of a chuckle, shaking his head. That wasn't really how it was, but he enjoyed teasing his love when he could. Xichen was the only one he allowed himself to do that with.
He gives a nod to the statement before,"- And by the end of the month?"

He takes joy in hearing that chuckle. Lets it fill his heart right up with the warmth of it. "I want you strong and healthy." So they can better enjoy everything two lovers can do together~ But also in general.
Xichen thinks about the question as he leads the way to the part, pace moderate and unhurried. "I have not explored much of this world yet. I was hoping, now that you are awake, that you might explore with me." Hinting that he hopes Mingjue would be strong enough for it by then. He knows how quickly his lover heals when he allows it, and has the peace to do so.

Those four words say it all. Xichen was there and that meant that Mingjue would stay strong and healthy. The help that his lover gives him will allow them to enjoy themselves and many other things together later. He also knows that the elder of the Twin Jades could hold out on him, and would, if it meant him being healthy.
"I will explore it with you to your heart's content," he tells him. With Xichen's help, he will be strong enough by then. The fact that Baxia isn't in his vicinity, at the moment, would probably help in the long run too.

And the promise makes him smile, humming his joy at this prospect. "Thank you," not that it's necessary. But it makes him happy.
