⌛ When: Early on in the event (about three days in), Klaus' house which is also his clinic

After his original post a couple of days ago, Klaus had kept the bear meat for the most part...and then shot off a quick invite on the network once things started getting dicey.
If anyone needs a place to stay for the night, the clinic's open. Tonight I'm hosting a little gathering just to make everyone feel welcome, but if you find yourself in a bind after that, feel free to stop by.
Heroes' Feast
There is a hot plate set up with a pot of boiling broth in the middle of the house, with a few bowls of different veggies, pieces of bear meat, and other ingredients put around to start everyone off with. Anyone invited to this little get-together will be highly encouraged to bring something of their own to add to the spread beforehand (either in the pot or otherwise), but Klaus isn't going to get on anyone's case if they show up empty-handed.
Alongside the communal hotpot are a few dishes one can enjoy if they don't feel like hotpot: some bear meat on skewers, a few dumplings that look like there's blood in them, some mercifully non-bloody dumplings of similar shape and size (filled with mushrooms), and a few confections that Klaus very obviously just got from a shop somewhere. And some of which are probably uki mochi, because of course they are.
Oh, and booze. There's enough beer and sake to go around, which brings us to our next part...
Never Have I Ever
Some ways away from the food, there's a large bear pelt set up on the floor with more cups and booze, along with some uki (both in regular and mochi form). Klaus explains the rules of the game for anyone who isn't immediately familiar, and then y'all are pretty much free to go off.

Slumber Party
After the wee hours of the morning start rolling in, Klaus lets everyone know that he's got a couple of rooms that are currently empty that he usually reserves for letting patients rest in. There's a few pelts and futons available as well. Obviously he's just intending to give people a place to sleep for the night, but honestly? He's not gonna care if people get up to anyone else.
