A: Tiny Baby is Actually Fire Siren

There's a hiccuping sob, and then a wail. The longer ignored, the louder it gets, until the very windows are trembling in their panes. The source? There's a tiny child sitting on the ground, swimming in robes that are... gosh, those look a lot like Maglor's, don't they?

B: Baby Elf Is Curious

"'Scuse me." A little voice pipes up curiously, from somewhere down around people's feet. "What doing?"

There's a little child, perhaps no more than three or four, although he speaks very well for his apparent age, blinking up with silver-lit eyes.

C: Baby Elf is already musical, his parents thought it was cute. At First.

It's the very earliest part of the morning, when the sun is only just a suggestion on the horizon, when birdsong comes through the window. Very loud, very close birdsong. Strange, there's no birds that sound like that? The sound, the longer one listens, is actually closer to someone... singing...? Ah... that's because there's a tiny little child sitting in the tree, having a duet with the birds.

"Kano cans... draw a picshure! Yes?"

[holdshisown]

"You can do so and I will leave a couple of words for him as well. Would that be acceptable to you?"

[bythewaves]

"Yes!" He claps happily. "We goes do that now?"

[holdshisown]

"I see no reason why we should wait." He says and makes his way to his own rooms to get some ink and paper to make their message.

[bythewaves]

Kano follows him happily, singing merrily some nonsense tune.

"Is he nice?" He wonders. "Kano feels... Kano should know him, but Kano doesn't."

[holdshisown]

Maedhros hums along with the tune.

"The nicest." He awnsers. "Do not worry too much about it, Kano. You will get to know him soon enough."

[bythewaves]

"Alright." He accepts easily, trusting.

"If Nelyo knows him, then he must be nice!"

[holdshisown]

To think that either of them had ever been this trusting and innocent. Maedhros gives his brother a wistful smile.

"He truly is, Kano. He is kind and wise unlike anyone I have ever known before. You will like him very much I think."

[bythewaves]

It has been a very long time since any of them were this trusting.

He beams. "Sounds very nice! Kano will draw a very pretty pictures!"

[holdshisown]

But it is reassuring that there was a time when they were so. That they hadn't always been what they eventualy became.

"That is very nice of you, Kano. I'm sure he'll be very happy recieving such a gift from you."

[bythewaves]

He bounces happily.

"Should Kano draw flowers? Lots of pretty flowers!"

[holdshisown]

"I think that would be a good idea. Who does not like flowers, after all?"

He scribbles a quick note to Elrond and then hands the paper and pen to Maglor.

[bythewaves]

His tongue sticks out as he concentrates, carefully drawing some things that certainly look passably like flowers.

"Needs more colors...."

[holdshisown]

Adorable! He waits patiently for his brother to finish his drawing.

"I do think I have a couple of colored pencils here somewhere..." He rummages around for a bit until he finds what he's looking for. They are nt as many as one might wish for but all the basic colors are there at least.

[bythewaves]

He waits patiently and claps happily when his brother finds them.

"Yay! T'ank you! Nelyo colors too?"

[holdshisown]

"You think I should? I don't see any reason not to then."

He sits down next to his brother and picks up the red pen to make a flower of his own. It's been a long time since he had the time to sketch anything.

[bythewaves]

"Yes!" He nods firmly.

"Then we's both drawn together! As... as present!"

He draws a couple more flowers.

"Is pretty enough?" He asks.

[holdshisown]

"Then I shant object." He says and sketches out a rose on the paper.

"That is very kind of you, Kano. I do believe Elrond will enjoy recieving a present from us both."

A couple of lilies follows the rose.

"It looks beautiful brother."

[bythewaves]

He beams, pleased that his brother approves.

"We leave it where he cans find it!" He looks around. "Ummm... cans we put it on the door?"

[holdshisown]

"We should probably do that, it wouldn't do for him to miss such a masterpiece after all." Elrond probably wouldn't mind finding a picture affixed to his door. "I think we can do so, as long as we don't damage the door it should be fine."

But what to use to stick it to the door?

[bythewaves]

He ponders this.

"Something... sticky?" He suggests. "......Gum?"

[holdshisown]

He nods.

"Gum would work. Should we go get some then?"

[bythewaves]

He nods. "Where should us look?"

[holdshisown]

"Perhaps we should start inside my room, I think I might have some in my desk." At least he believes so.

"Kano helps look!" He claps and reaches to hold his brother's hand.
