⌛ Who: Riley and whoever comes across him
⌛ What: Riley has been cursed by a stalker ayakashi! Now he's terrified!
⌛ When: Until he's cured and after he's moved into his new home

⌛ Warnings: Riley has a lot of trauma involving being stalked and hurt and people around him being hurt. That's sure to come out here.

A. Cursed!

Coming home late wasn't unusual for Riley. Even with their new residence being in a more unsavory location that didn't stop him from his usual pathway. So it wasn't any surprise that he was out late carrying a bag of new books and sweets on his way home. It was all fine and totally like he always experienced. Well until he realized that he saw something out of the corner of his eye.

Pausing, he stared into the distance then swallowed and started to move again. There was someone behind him. He was sure of it. His heart raced faster and faster until suddenly he found himself running and rushing for his home. Anyone who saw him would see a terrified looking young man with blond hair who kept looking behind him...

B. Paranoia

He kept trying to tell himself no one was there. He did. But every time he went anywhere he was sure someone was chasing him. It was the Fae all over again and while he was in a crowded street he suddenly took off running. There were tears in his eyes as he ran full tilt into someone. "I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"

Panicked, he looked behind him but couldn't see anyone. But he knew they were there!

"I'm sorry!" He just didn't know what else to say...

C. Cure

His adopted family decided that the best way to help their little brother was with a party. That meant that they had dragged him to Pete's and, for a change, someone had shoved alcohol into his hand. At first he was too nervous to drink it, likely even needing encouragement from his loved ones. He just kept looking around like he was convinced someone in the bar was going to get him.

But after that drink suddenly he was sloshed and giggling. Someone chasing him? What was that? Falling out of his seat at one point, he blinked then laughed again as he tried to start the second glass he'd been given. (Yes, only one drink had gotten him wasted. Just Fae things.) Seeing someone come over, he'd grin and wave his drink around without a care that he was spilling it everywhere.

Getting Riley drunk? Apparently that was the cure.

He tried to take another drink after the chugging was done, already having forgotten that the glass was empty. Blinking in surprise, he giggled before trying to stand up from the floor. Only to end up back on his butt. Giving up, he decided he lived there and went to crawl under the table instead. "It's like a tent. I can camp here!"

That's cute, but not exactly safe. If someone sits there or Riley tries to stand up. So Vegas held out a hand to lure him out (and help him to his feet if he came out).

"C'mon. I'll get you another drink."

Oh! A hand! Reaching out, he took it and then comprehended the rest of what Vegas said. With the man's help he was able to get to his feet but he was definitely going to need support to walk.

"Yes! Another! Not clear though. I want sweet!"

Mm, yes, Vegas could see him wobbling. So he looped an arm around Riley's shoulders before guiding him toward the bar. At least there he could sit for a little while and Vegas could keep feeding non-alcoholic, but sweet drinks.

Sitting at the bar, he slumped over it. Which was probably for the best since it meant his weight wasn't leaning backward. Making grabby motions with his hands, he giggled as he watched Vegas go behind the counter. "More drinky please!"

Vegas grinned. He really was a ridiculous drunk. Good thing he's being supervised by a bunch of people who would wreck anyone who even tried to take advantage of his state. For his part, Vegas mixed up some Hawaiian Punch and Sprite for Riley and set the glass in front of him.

"This tastes really good with some sherbert in it. Wanna try?"

"Whaaaaat? You can have it with sherbet?"

He loved sherbet! Well, he loved desserts in general so that went without saying that he'd love that too. Reaching out, he went to look at it and have a sip of it. Immediately he was wiggling so happily.

"Fruityyyy!"

And he happened to have sherbert in the freezer just for this punch for the Fae. Vegas pulled the container out and spooned out a scoop directly into Riley's glass.

"Try that."

Vegas might as well have performed magic in front of him based on how Riley reacted. He gasped so loud and stared as the sherbet came literally out of nowhere. In his mind, of course.

Moving the straw a little he took another sip then burst into giggles. "So good, P'Vegas! Yummy!"

Vegas chuckled at the dramatic response. Riley's always extra adorable when eh's drunk.

"Only the best drinks from your phi."

"My phi is so goooood."

Sipping at the drink, he noticed how it just got better the longer he drank it. Clearly he was not at all aware there wasn't a drop of alcohol anywhere in this. "What's your favorite sweet, P'Vegas? We should have it together sometime!"

Vegas preened and grinned. But the question had a thoughtful look coming over his face.

"Have you heard of roti kluay?"

He paused with the straw in his mouth, thinking about that. His eyes even looked up and off to the side as he considered it before he shook his head.

"What's that?"

"It's a..." Now it's his turn to look off thoughtfully. "It's kind of like a banana crepe or pancake."

He was very drunk, yes. But he also would never be drunk enough to not recognize how amazing something like that sounded. "Woooow. I wanna try that so bad!"

Vegas chuckled at his enthusiasm. He probably wouldn't remember, so Vegas would have to remember for him. "Alright. One of these days I'll make it for you."

"Really? Thank you, P'Vegas! I can't wait to try it!" And eat it with Vegas more importantly. He was a firm believer that the best flavoring for all sweets was a healthy helping of eating them with others.

"Yes, really," he assured with a nod. "I'll make it for you very soon. I'll make enough for Will, too."

"He'll love it. We'll gobble it aaaaaaaaall up. Yum." He made an exaggerated chomping sound before biting into his straw instead to sip more of his drink.

Too cute. They're so lucky the Fae aren't obnoxious drunks. They're just a little more extra than when they're sober. "I'll be sure to make lots and lots of it."

"Really? Lots and lots?" That was so much! They'd have a lot to be able to eat through. Riley burst into giggles and threw his hands up in the air in his excitement. "I promise none will go to waste! I'll eat a lot, P'Vegas!"

"You'd better," he teased. "I don't want my fine cooking to go to waste."

He gasped in horror at that and dropped his hands back to the bar. "I would never! Phi's cooking is amazing! It's as good as my mom's and she's the best I've ever had!"

Okay, he can't help preening at that compliment. "Alright, nong. I'mma hold you to that."
