He smiled gently and nodded. " I actually sing a lot in English too, kind of had to be flexible with my music the more I toured the more I had to learn to get a feel for which my stage would rather."

He moved to the chair he was sitting in. He began struming out a melody, and singing ' Angel Baby' softly

Whatever would work. He honestly just wanted to hear some music, something to fill the echoing corridor of his worried mind. And who better to sing for him than Kim, a musician? It was way better than a record or the radio.

Will curled up in his chair, tucking his legs up in the seat and wrapping his arms around them. It was nice to just zone out, even if only for a few minutes.

Kim would play for him til his fingers bled if that is what Will wanted. Music was his element, his own comfort too. He continued strumming until the end of the song, before he started another. Will seemed a bit more at ease if only marginally.

He could almost hear Riley's enthusiastic clapping with the melody. He missed him too, more than his stinted emotions would allow him to show. he paused playing a moment. " Will?" he started some what awkwardly. " I..I just want you to know that I am very glad to have met you both."

Those dark lashes lifted and warm brown eyes fell on Kim. He didn't know, couldn't possibly know how much his companionship meant to Will right now. Everyone was so supportive and he loved them, but to have the company of someone who you loved as more than just a family member... That meant a lot. Kim had choices and he chose to be here with Will, playing and singing for Will while they both waited for Riley to wake up.

"I'm glad we met you, too, Kim. So very glad."

As silly as it might sound, Kim would always choose Riley and Will. Nothing was more important to him than the two of them, even if he hadn't said a word about it. Feelings were quite intense, and if asked before he came here he might have even said that things like this were too intense for him.

He didn't know how much it really meant but, he wanted to be here. Right here with the two people he found himself quite in love with.

" Good." he said with a little grin before he started strumming at the guitar again. It wasn't much, but it seemed to be helping Will and honestly, that is what mattered.

Will was sure it was helping Riley, too. They often listened to music or Riley would listen while Will played or wrote something new. While Kim strummed the guitar, Will curled up in his chair and sighed.

"We had this little apartment in LA. Riley would be drawing or painting something and I would just play. Sometimes we'd turn on the radio and just dance -- quite a feat with three dogs underfoot. I know this is good for him, too."

Kim hoped it was helping all around. He wanted it to so much.

" It sounds like you guys have a happy life together back home too." he said with a smile. " I am glad you guys get that here too, it's really cool that a lot of our pack seems to have their happy life here too. I am happy about that."

"You'll have a happy life here, too. Just give it time." He was sure someone like Kim would be happy. It's hard at first, and when things go sideways like this... but Will was sure things would get better for all of them.

" I can be an impatient man." he said setting down the guitar to rest his fingers for a moment. No doubt things would get better, they had some nice things in their futures after all.

“You’re young.” It’s matter-of-of-fact, without any judgment. Of course he’s young compared to will. “Well, you’ll have us. Me and Riley, for what that’s worth.”

" You're right." even in human terms he was still young yet and had a lot to learn on the life fronts.

He paused a moment and smiled. " That's worth the world to me." he laughed at himself for a second. He wasn't sure that Will and Riley knew or would ever really know just how much Kim meant that.

"You're not limited to just us, either," he advised carefully. He was still feeling depressed, but he needed to talk and talking about something important with Kim helped keep his mind from dwelling too deeply in sadness. "I would only ask that you try not to get involved with someone who's hurt us."

Kim sat for a moment considering what was said to him and how to phrase what he wanted to say. " Will, I know things went kind of fast between us and with Riley, but I really don't take people to bed that quickly...like ever." he started. " That means you two are the exception, I don't mean to be weird but I don't want anyone else for me. I don't need anyone else. That doesn't mean you can't, but I won't."

That's so sweet. And maybe Kim even means it right now, in this moment. But people change. Feelings change. There may come a time when he meets someone else that captures his heart, too, and Will wouldn't want to deny him that.

"If that's what you want, Kim, I'm happy with it. Whatever you want to give, we'll treasure."

He did mean it, and one thing about Kim was he wasn't like the weather with his emotions. He never quite understood why it was that he could go through his life as it was the rock star life, and feel absolutely nothing. Not even an ebbing wish of a bond or attachment. None the less that is how it had been.

He found something akin to a budding bond in Chay but...this was entirely different. Maybe he would have a change of heart someday, but right now every word was gospel. At the moment he wouldn't be able to find the words to properly state his case. It was all new. Instead he reached over touching Will's face.

" If I bring you some warm water and toasted bread will you eat it?"

His eyes drifted closed and leaned his head against Kim's touch. "I'll try." He didn't want to say he would if probably wouldn't. His appetite was poor despite Pete's efforts.

"Thanks, Kim. For being here."

" At least the water. I will be here but I don't want you passing out, I would worry my self sick over the both of you." he spoke honestly.

There was a soft smile. " I will be here as long as you want me to be." he brought his thumb up brushing Will's cheek.

He couldn't ask for anything more. He felt a bit of an ass if he's honest. Everyone was already so worried for Riley and they had to worry over him, too. It was unfair, but Will couldn't help it. Even with all these important people around him, he still felt so lost and lonely without Riley.

He lifted hand to press against Kim's and he tried really hard to smile. He didn't manage much of one, but the effort was there. "Thank you."

Kim knew what it felt like to love someone down to your core. he would in no way shape or form hold anything against Will in these moment while Riley was asleep. He just wanted to remind Will that he was important too.

He gave Will a warm smile. " You don't have to thank me. Just don't forget yourself. You're important to everyone too."

But he did have to thank him. Even in a time like this -- no, especially in a time like this, it was important to Will that others knew he was grateful for their love and support. But he didn't have the energy to argue his point. So he just nodded.

"Okay."

" Good' he said trying his best to offer some sort of comforting smile. Even if he himself was worried too, his priority right now was Will. Riley would be back, he had to be.

He knew that Will was thankful, that much was easy to tell in the way Will was trying. " Do you want me to stay or run and get you some water?"

"... Water, please." Even if he didn't really want anything, he knew he needed it. Everyone would be worse off if Will let himself get sick over this, too.

" Of course." he said standing up and exiting the room long enough to get water along with a few rice crackers, just in case and all. He came back in with the glass and the small plate setting it on the night stand near Will.

" When you're ready." he said bringing his hand up to smooth back Will's hair.
