"It is! It's good right?" Tomato sauce was amazing in Riley's opinion. So good and able to enhance so many dishes.

Though he had to pause after a bite of kimchi. Because that was something he'd grabbed for himself after feeding Cheng some pizza. Humming, he swallowed. "Well Will might if that's what you're into. I'm more into getting stabbed by nice things than stabbing really."

Basically he was saying he was a switch who preferred bottoming. Obviously.

He caught on with the innuendo pretty quickly and contemplated about it. "I have not been stabbed," he answered absently, picking out another morsel of food to eat. At least not in bed. During wartime, he had sustained a few injuries, but that wasn't what they were talking about here.

"That's okay," Will chirped around another bite of pizza. "If it's not something you're interested in, no one's going to pressure you."

"Yep! Exactly."

He held his chopsticks out to Cheng with a huge bite of kimchi on it. Since he'd liked it before clearly he should have some more right? And if a little got on his chin that was okay. It was okay to get a little messy sometimes.

"Ahhhhhh..."

Before he could respond, he obediently opened his mouth for the kimchi. And then he could say something once his morsel was swallowed.

"I don't know if I'd be interested or not. The topic only came up one other time, but before any of that could be explored, he had left."

Cheng wasn't talking about Huaisang, either.

"There's no need to rush to any decisions. If it's something you want to think about, take your time to think about it. It's completely up to you what you want to do, no one else." Will smiled around a bite of his food and laid a warm hand on Cheng's leg. "It's as simple as that."

"Yep! Right now just enjoy New Years with us." Leaning over, he pressed a kiss to the man's cheek and smiled at him warmly. There was never going to be pressure here. Just two people who cared enough about Cheng to offer him something but to let it be on his own terms. Because the man hadn't had enough of that in his life.

"Is there anything here you want us to try? We have a little bit of a lot of stuff and maybe there's something here you recognize more than us."

Cheng looked over the feast on the table and his face brightens. "You found Nian Gao? Have you had that? It's a sweet rice cake." Not like a western cake that these two have probably had, but it was definitely something that needed to be in the new year's feast.

"This is served every new year. It is to represent good things for the new year: progress, advancement, and growth."

With that, he reached over to cut portions of the cake and then cut it further so he could offer each Fae bite sized pieces.
