Open Catch-All (TDM Prompts)

⌛ Warnings: Gaura has face blindness so if your character has met him before and he doesn't recognize them immediately that will be why!

I. Arukibake

While wandering around to try to get to know his surroundings better, Gaura had noticed the little creatures were following him. However, their presence didn't bother him since they seemed harmless. Though since they'd started following him he'd been given many offers of food and comfort. It was strange honestly. Confusing. But now he had an armful of food that he'd been given which made handling his device a challenge.

Sure that he'd made a wrong turn somewhere, he paused to try to handle the abundance of food he held, the little creatures gathered around his feed to gaze up at him. More coming as he thought about how nice it would be to share all this food with someone but didn't have any of his new friends near him.

"Do you eat, little ones? I can't tell..." he murmured with a soft sigh.


II. Sarusawa Pond

Finding the pond had honestly been an accident. However, he couldn't say that he had any regrets. The water was so much like glass that he was able to see every star reflected in it. Sitting next to the pond, he brought out the instrument that he'd purchased at a stall and started to figure out how to play the bamboo flute. It took a little bit of time but soon he was messing around with the sound to create a lovely melody.

Unaware of any company he might lured over with the music, he kept his eyes closed while he played, at peace in the shadows of the night with just the stars to light the world around him.


III. Meteor Shower

Never before had he seen anything so beautiful. With all the lights out the sky was so clear and every star that fell brought a gasp from his lips. Gaura couldn't stop smiling as he gazed at the wonderful rainbow tails of some that fell. Though whispers of wishes could be heard around him he didn't make a wish himself. He wasn't even sure what he would wish for in the first place except for the happiness of everyone that he'd met here so far.

Perhaps he should call one of them to join him. Henry in particular would probably find wonder in the magic of the rainbow tails. But he didn't want to bother any of them in case they were busy. He could always tell them about it later if need be. They would like hearing the story, of that he was certain.

Reaching up a hand, he pretended like he could catch one, even though he knew how impossible that was. "...beautiful..."

Those fingers sent pleasant shivers running through him and he sighed as he melted further against his boyfriend. He could really get used to this. Bathing with Henry rather than always showering alone. This was very nice.

He wondered if Henry's room was now officially their room... Probably. It wasn't that important to him in the end.

Opening his eyes, he looked back at him. "I promise. But I think it helps that I'm able to feed you so it pulls you out more..."

"That's true," he agreed. Not being able to completely lose track of time is certainly helpful. But he felt like he had to be upfront about that. It could still happen if he found something particularly fascinating or perplexing. "Thank you for the promise."

Turning a little to make it easier, he gave him a kiss on the cheek. It was sweet of him to care and to worry about that. And it was fair too. Henry was doing things to help him out so he could do this for him in return. "You're welcome. We'll take care of each other."

A grin settled on his lips and he nuzzled Gaura's hair in turn. "I like the sound of that." Silver certainly wanted to do whatever he can for Gaura. He wanted to learn how he could better take care of him, too. Even if he couldn't provide more than the basic shelter this country provided, he could at least pamper Gaura. He could give him good company and a loving partner, support him in whatever he wanted to pursue.

"We'll take care of of each other, Jisu," he repeated.

"Every time you say my name it's like... It's like magic." There wasn't a lot of room in the tub but he still managed to turn enough that he could give the man a proper kiss. He loved so much that this one person knew his name. That he wanted it to be something special between them.

"If it is I like it. And even if it isn't I still do..."

Silver helped by shifting as much as he could to meet that kiss. He liked kissing Gaura and would take every opportunity to do so going forward. His arms remained loosely around him as the squirmed about, just to maintain that affectionate contact. Ah, but his pulse quickened a little at Gaura's words. No one's ever insinuated he was magical before. Even when he was. If this was magic, Silver definitely wanted to keep it this time.

"My Jisu."

"Your Jisu."

It was like he was making a promise. But he knew in that moment he would hold true to it. As best he could. He loved being Henry's, dating him, being with him. Nuzzling their noses together, he smiled then gave him another kiss, very happy to keeping making out like this in the tub.

Ah, his heart soared. Of course, he understood some of the strangeness of this world, but as long as their hearts belonged to each other, that's what mattered. Not that Silver planned on straying. But he doesn't plan to do a lot of things. Like wandering the woods to meet a faerie lord or walking off a cliff into the faerie realm. He really didn't think those things through...

But this is different!

Silver steals another quick kiss, then pulls back just enough to boop Gaura's nose with a handful of bubbles. What's a bubble bath without that?

Gaura looked so surprised by the bubbles on his nose before he burst into giggles and gathered some so he could blow them at Henry. He'd never had a bubble bath before and suddenly he was feeling like he'd been missing out. This was a lot of fun. Silly too. Both things he really enjoyed doing with people he liked.

"Bubbles for you too!"

Silver burst into laughter! He scooped up a handful of suds and plopped them on Gaura's head in retaliation. Outside of childhood, he's never really shared bathing with anyone. It was intimate and fun!

"You're too generous!"

Some of the bubbles were sliding down so he quickly went to make sure they sat on top of his head better. He had no idea what he looked like but he did know how to make it fun and keep up the silliness between them.

"It's like a crown!"

He grinned and lifted a hand to his heart, bowing his head. "Your Majesty."

Gaura laughed at the tiny bow before cupping his face so he could lean in to kiss him. Being royalty would never suit him. But it was sweet how Henry played along with it and that was more than enough for him. "You can be my knight."

Ah, how his laughter echoed through Silver. So light and earnest! It made him happy just to hear the sound. Even happier knowing he was the cause of it.

"And you're my prince."

His cheeks colored at that. It was such a sweet thing to say. It made him feel so special too and he wrapped his arms around Henry to hug him. The warm bath just made it all the better.

"You feel like my prince so often. A handsome prince who found me and now shows me all the magical wonders of the world."

"We'll find those wonders together in this world," Silver mused in a dreamy tone. He could already imagine them walking gardens and woods, looking for the magical hidden among the mundane. Learning more about the ayakashi and the youkai and all the other amazing beings of Nippon!

He was so sure he was in love with Henry already. Him saying such things with that tone of voice? It convinced him. Yet he was scared to say it for fear that it was too soon. They'd just started dating that night.

Okay, so they'd also had sex for the first time too, but that somehow didn't seem as scary as admitting love when he wasn't sure if Henry was ready for that. Instead he smiled and went to rest his head against his shoulder. "Yes please. I want to do that with you."

Silver smiled and blew at the bubbles that remained on Gaura's head. They drifted off in fluffy chunks to rejoin the suds floating on the water's surface. He draped his arms around the other man and held him just a little tighter.

"I'll begin researching something for us to investigate tomorrow. Alright?"

Henry had a similar body type to him and yet he felt so strong in comparison when he had his arms around him. He loved how it felt, resting there against him while being held. Maybe one day they'd have an even bigger tub but this was fine for now.

"Something in the forests? Then we can walk through them looking for things about it..."

A bigger tub would be ideal for basking like this. And they'd have room for more bubbles!

Silver nodded. "The forests are always a good place to start."

"They're really beautiful too. Sometimes I like to go there and just sit under a tree to have a snack after I work."

To rest there a moment before going home to Henry. Someone who was now even more his home than ever before. He brought his fingers up to play with Henry's curls. "It'll be nice going there with you."

A soft hum sounds and Silver lets his eyes fall closed. He liked the feel of Gaura's fingers (or hands) in his hair. That was one perk to having curls: people certainly enjoyed putting their hands in them.

"I love the woods," he mused as if to say he enjoyed Gaura spending time there. "It's such an exciting, yet calming place."

Continuing to play with those curls, he admired how soft they felt. He could get used to this. Being able to touch Henry so freely to do things like play with his hair. It made him smile a little more as he watched the darkness move over his pale fingers.

"They're so wild and free. It's beautiful. It's so unlike a city where there's so many rules guiding everyone."

"Yes," Silver mused, sounding almost sleepy. It was so relaxing in the water with Gaura's fingers playing through his hair. He's so glad the night went as it did because it led to them being together like this now. A smile tugged his lips and he sighed happily.

"It's nothing like what people can create."

Gaura leaned in so he could give Henry a slow kiss. Just because but also to thank him for just being himself. For thinking like he did and being open to sharing those thoughts with him. It made him feel so comfortable to be with him because he could almost always tell what he was thinking as a result.

It meant the world to him and somehow words didn't seem enough to express that.
