Open Catch-All (TDM Prompts)

⌛ Who: Gaura and whoever joins him!
⌛ What: Some TDM prompts and general exploring
⌛ When: Beginning of June
⌛ Where: Various locations
⌛ Warnings: Gaura has face blindness so if your character has met him before and he doesn't recognize them immediately that will be why!

I. Arukibake

While wandering around to try to get to know his surroundings better, Gaura had noticed the little creatures were following him. However, their presence didn't bother him since they seemed harmless. Though since they'd started following him he'd been given many offers of food and comfort. It was strange honestly. Confusing. But now he had an armful of food that he'd been given which made handling his device a challenge.

Sure that he'd made a wrong turn somewhere, he paused to try to handle the abundance of food he held, the little creatures gathered around his feed to gaze up at him. More coming as he thought about how nice it would be to share all this food with someone but didn't have any of his new friends near him.

"Do you eat, little ones? I can't tell..." he murmured with a soft sigh.

II. Sarusawa Pond

Finding the pond had honestly been an accident. However, he couldn't say that he had any regrets. The water was so much like glass that he was able to see every star reflected in it. Sitting next to the pond, he brought out the instrument that he'd purchased at a stall and started to figure out how to play the bamboo flute. It took a little bit of time but soon he was messing around with the sound to create a lovely melody.

Unaware of any company he might lured over with the music, he kept his eyes closed while he played, at peace in the shadows of the night with just the stars to light the world around him.

III. Meteor Shower

Never before had he seen anything so beautiful. With all the lights out the sky was so clear and every star that fell brought a gasp from his lips. Gaura couldn't stop smiling as he gazed at the wonderful rainbow tails of some that fell. Though whispers of wishes could be heard around him he didn't make a wish himself. He wasn't even sure what he would wish for in the first place except for the happiness of everyone that he'd met here so far.

Perhaps he should call one of them to join him. Henry in particular would probably find wonder in the magic of the rainbow tails. But he didn't want to bother any of them in case they were busy. He could always tell them about it later if need be. They would like hearing the story, of that he was certain.

Reaching up a hand, he pretended like he could catch one, even though he knew how impossible that was. "...beautiful..."

"If I find some I'll make sure to make it for you!" So far he hadn't really gone out of his way to look for it. But he could change that up now. Besides, it would be nice to have some around. Good to keep them both nice and healthy. "I know you might not have because of where you're from but...have you ever tried iced tea?"

He had to think about it, evidence that if he did have it, it wasn't often. "I think my mother served it once at a soiree when I was very young."

"Oh. I didn't realize that you would have had it there when you were young. I've always been under the impression that the people of England are very against iced tea." Well, that was a new thing to learn! He would keep that in mind that it was a rare thing. Hot tea was likely more common but best not to assume in the future.

"Well, if you have Hibiscus tea cold then it's very refreshing. Like when you have cool juice to quench your thirst."

"It's not terribly common. I'm rather certain it was served as a novelty. I, personally, hold nothing against a refreshing drink. Especially if you recommend it." Ah, he smiles shyly, but takes a cup of the chamomile tea to sip before taking a bite of his sandwich.

"Gaura, I'm very happy that you're here with me."

His cheeks colored a little and he smiled, hiding that behind a bite of sandwich. A bit of the sauce he'd put on his had gotten on his finger so he stuck it in his mouth to suck it off, looking over at Henry with it still between his lips. He smiled again before pulling it free.

"I'm really happy that I'm here with you too."

Oh... oh!

Silver's eyes widen slightly, fixated on what should be a simple, innocent gesture. And yet, he finds his skin growing warm and... Oh, God! Yes, that's an awkward stirring between his legs. He's thankful for the towel to hide the evidence of his burgeoning arousal. But how was he supposed to keep it hidden when Gaura was unlikely to leave his bed until morning?

Panic stopped his thoughts and all he could do was stare at Gaura's lips. They looked so soft... Good Lord, Silver, focus! Silver pressed his lips together and muffled a very quiet whine, tearing his eyes from his friend's face to the teapot just beside him. Swallowing hard, he held out his cup. "Uh, could I have some more tea?" If there's something strained in his voice, Gaura definitely wasn't imagining it.

Though he couldn't read emotions on faces, if they were obvious enough in voices he could pick up on them. And suddenly Henry's voice was rather strained. Enough so for Gaura to look at him with some concern before turning to grab the pot so he could carefully refill Henry's cup. As he put it away, he looked back to him.

Due to the spicier sandwich he'd been eating? His lips were definitely pinker at the moment. "Henry are you alright?"

"Yes," he lied without thinking. Then, after a pause, "... no?"

Silver chewed the inside of his cheek and shifted where he sat, hemming and hawing about revealing the truth. Or part of it, at the very least. He took a long sip of his tea and decided to go with a somewhat honest explanation.

"I would very much like to kiss you."

No? Now he was more worried. Gaura couldn't figure out the problem though and wished more than ever that he didn't have this blindness so he could see whatever emotion was on Henry's face in that moment.

But then the confession came. Soon his face was easily brighter than his hair as he stared at the man.

Swallowing, he licked his lips then shyly replied in a quiet voice. "...you can..."

Grey eyes blinked at that answer. He thought for certain it was too soon, that he hadn't made his intentions clear enough. Yet, given the way the night had gone and the fact that Gaura wasn't recoiling at the mere suggestion... Silver turned to set his tea on the bedside table (lest he spill it in their laps!). When he turned back to Gaura, his heart beat faster and, well, they were already sitting so close he didn't have to scoot nearer. He lifted a hand to cup Gaura's cheek and leaned in to press their lips together. It's chaste only for a moment before Silver's tongue pries between Gaura's lips for a taste of that wet heat just beyond.

Gaura felt his heart beating so fast. He hadn't even been sure if Henry would want him that way. At all. Perhaps that was due to his face blindness or simply believing he couldn't be desired that way. It didn't matter the reason really because the fact was that none of that was true and the man he'd been falling rapidly for wanted to kiss him.

Was going to kiss him.

Was kissing him.

This was hardly his first kiss. But this was his first with someone he had feelings for. Where he wasn't just a pretty face, based on what he'd been told, and there was emotion in it. It was so warm and for a moment he forgot to breathe as he leaned into the touch. A gasp soon left him as the kiss went deeper but that didn't stop him from returning it. His food was quickly forgotten on his plate in favor of his hand clutching Henry's shirt instead.

Food? What food? Though he was hardly so sloppy as to overturn the plates in their laps, it was all but forgotten. All that mattered was Gaura's soft skin beneath his palm and the warmth of his lips. Silver felt drunk but his heart pounded so loudly he was sure his friend could hear it. Wait... They're more than friends now, right?

Well, he could think about all that later. At the moment, he just wanted to enjoy their closeness and the way their tongues moved against each other and the faint hint of spice from Gaura's sandwich lingering on his lips.

Gaura felt so breathless and like he didn't care if he never breathed again. He'd been thinking about kissing the man for days. They've only known each other a couple of weeks but their connection has always been strong. He's felt it. Now it's all come to this...

But his body is only human so hesitantly pulls back to gasp for air, cheeks so flushed from what they've been doing. He can't pull too far back though, needing so badly to stay close to the other. With a swallow, he tries to figure out what to say but can't think of anything.

So he shyly gives him a kiss back.

Oh, and how Silver's heart leaped at that shy kiss. He returned it with series of soft, sweet kisses that he hoped conveyed the deep affection that's in his heart. The hand at Gaura's cheek slipped back, fingers threading through that pink hair. But there's no demand in the gesture, not effort to fist his hand in those tresses and keep Gaura from moving freely.

After a moment, he rests his forehead against the other man's and sighs with a smile. "I've wanted to do that for a while."

Had... Had Henry been wanting him since they met? Much like how he'd felt? The two of them realizing their feelings and not always sure how to approach it? Gaura's face colored a little more but a smile soon came to his lips as he closed his eyes. It felt so good to know that they felt the same way.

"I...wanted you to do that for awhile..." Gently and carefully, he moved their plates and towels away so he could more easily wrap his arms around Henry's neck to embrace him. "...thank you for doing it."

He felt the connection over their first shared meal. Gaura was kind and sweet and... very different from the sort of man he usually found himself attracted to. Not that Tobias hadn't been kind and sweet in his way, just not as openly and totally as Gaura. His heart stuttered, though, when Gaura pulled the towel away from his lap and he let out some small sound that, thankfully, could be mistaken for surprise at the sudden hug. As long as no one climbed in his lap, he should be safe.

Silver did, however, wrap his arms around Gaura's waist to keep him close. Not too close, just close enough to convey his feelings. It felt good to hold the other man in his arms. Better than he imagined it would. He breathed out a sigh that turned into a soft, almost musical laugh.

"Do you think it would be alright," he paused, feeling shy in spite of everything that just happened, "if I held you tonight while we sleep?"

Henry's arms felt good around him. Safe and comfortable. Resting his head against the side of the other man's, he couldn't help smiling a little more. They'd been sharing a bed all this time because he kept falling asleep in here. He'd wake up each morning to see that handsome face so peaceful next to him.

Now... Well now it was different. And he liked that.

"Yes. Very alright." Because he didn't want to be anywhere else in that moment other than this man's arms.

Silver tightened his arms around Gaura. It felt right to hold him, to savor the warmth of his body and the solid press of it against his own. Another happy sigh escapes him and he pulls away just enough to peer at Gaura. He's sure though the other man can't read his expression, that he can feel the adoration.

"Our food is going to get cold..." The words were uttered weakly, but they surely couldn't sleep with food in the room. It might draw pests!

"I'm not hungry anymore..."

It was like he's been given a full meal in that kiss. He felt so warm and content as he smiled at Henry. Still, he wasn't wrong. Gently, he pressed a kiss to his cheek. "I can go put the rest away for us to eat tomorrow and we can get ready for bed."

Before Gaura can get away, he grasps his wrist and gazes at him with so much wonder. "Don't be too long," he breathes out. Their first night sleeping together as more than friends! His pulse is still quick, but he's also relieved to have a moment to compose himself and change into something suitable for sleeping.

His eyes widened and then he was so sure that Henry felt how fast his pulse became. But he soon was nodding and kissing his cheek again before gathering everything so he could clean up and pack the food away. Oh and change into what he usually wore to sleep in too. Gaura made sure he didn't take long though, turning off all the lights before coming back to the room.

He suddenly felt so shy but that didn't stop him from coming closer and getting back on the bed again.

While Gaura is gone, Silver makes quick work of shedding his daytime clothes and tugging on his nightshirt over his drawers. He set his shoes by the foot of the bed and climbed in to wait for Gaura. He hadn't felt this giddy since arriving in Nippon. God, he was so happy! so happy he forgot whatever awkwardness his body's natural reaction caused.

Once Gaura returned, Silver held out his arms to welcome him back. He nestled in close, sighing as he pressed another soft kiss to Guara's lips.

He almost felt underdressed compared to Henry. And they'd always dressed like this for bed but he only just now noticed. Probably because of the change in their relationship. Suddenly a tank top and a pair of boxer briefs felt like so little. But it was alright. It was.

Slipping under the covers, he pressed himself close to Henry with a smile. "I tried to be quick."

"I missed you nonetheless." It's half teasing, half true. Surely now that they've taken this step forward in their relationship, it won't be nearly as awkward if Gaura happens to notice Silver's arousal. He doesn't expect anything to come of that, it's far too soon! But at least Gaura should, as a man, understand the nature of things. Even still, he doesn't pull Gaura flush against him. There's still a tinge of embarrassment.

"You're very warm."

It was easier to be on his side in Henry's arms. To be able to face him and watch him even as he listened for the emotions in his voice. True he couldn't see them but that didn't stop him from wanting to watch him all the same. Cheeks pink again, he looked down at those lips that had just been against his own.

Lightly, he traced them with his fingers as he scooted closer, unaware of how dangerously close his leg was to something Henry wanted to hide. "I'm...probably a little flushed. You make my heart beat really fast."
