Gaura had found his way to the temple by some miracle. It certainly looked like a temple anyway. There were people coming and going with swords so he assumed it must be where the lessons were that Xingchen had spoken of. Of course, that wasn't why he was here. Rather, he was hoping to find Xingchen so he could deliver a box he had in his hands.

A box with some food he'd made to thank the man for all the care that he'd shown him. So far wandering around the temple hadn't gotten him anywhere though and he was even finding that he didn't know where he was in it anymore.

Sighing, he found somewhere to sit, pulling out his device and debating whether or not to call Xingchen. In the end he ended up putting his device next to him, not wanting to bother his friend with this. Again.

Zichen enjoys teaching and seeing improvement in those who take his classes. Someone wandering the halls isn't that new, as he's not barred people from exploring and learning from the growing library, the meditation room, or even experimenting or practicing in the kitchen.

Coming across someone unfamiliar entirely has him pause though, but there's a dejected cast to those shoulders that calls to him. So he approaches, Fuxue sheathed at his back and unthreatening.

"Are you well?"

Looking up at the man, he bowed his head politely. He didn't know if this was the Zichen he'd been told about (based on the color of the robes he saw) or if this was a student here. So in the end he just tried to be generally polite in the hopes of not offending.

"Sorry. I got lost looking for one of the masters of this place. Xingchen. He's been very kind to me so I made something for him and his husband to thank him for all he's done for me."

The mention of Xingchen has him nod. "He is working at one of the clinics right now, but should be home soon." Only for the latter bit of that statement to make him fluster just a little, enough that he lifts his arms and cups his hands before him in a little bow.

"I assure you, no thanks is necessary for either of us. Xingchen and I believe it is only right for us to help those in need."

The bow surprised him and he got to his feet quickly, trying to imitate it before standing straight again. He wasn't sure what the gesture was for until the other spoke. Eyes widening, he realized finally who he was talking to. This was Zichen!

"Oh! I didn't realize you were his husband. I'm sorry, I would have been more polite." How he could be more polite than he was already was a mystery.

"I did not introduce myself, no offense has been made." Not that the other has been at all disrespectful or less than polite.

Zichen gestures toward the main building. "Would you like to wait for him inside? I can prepare tea for us."

"I am Gaura. Xingchen is a friend of mine who has been taking care of me."

Looking to where the man gestured, he gave a nod. It would probably be better to wait inside, it was true. Besides then Xingchen would probably have an easier time finding him too.

"Yes please. Thank you."
