Tay said drinks were on him when all that madness in the Western Kingdom was over. Vegas wasn't about to forget that. There was a lot to celebrate, after all! Vegas and Pete eloped, Tay survived, they were all reunited, they had some solid plans for the future. They may not be able to find a club in the way Tay would like, but if the night turned into a bar crawl, would any of them complain? Wherever they landed, Vegas was sure to be buying the most expensive drinks on the menu since he's not paying.

The place had music -- nothing like they're used to, but at least it had music. Which would make for an interesting night as the longer they're out and the more champagne Vegas drinks, the more likely he is to try to drag the others into dancing (especially Pete). It may not be what they're used to, but they can still have a good time, right?

Pete had nothing else to contribute but laughter to this as they stumbled through the bar until they found the Fae at his table. Who proceeded to laugh at them and say he'd show them where the nearest flowers were. He was also pretty sure that he saw his new cousin get out his device like he was going to be ready to take pictures but the former bodyguard was too drunk to pay attention to that.

They had a blond to follow to get to flowers!

Walking would probably be easier fi they'd all let go of each other but who wanted to do that? Once the slight Fae was in front of them, Vegas gasped. "Riley! Riley will know where we can find flowers!"

Was this utterly ridiculous? Yes. Did Kinn care? No.

"Nong, we need flowers. I have to chuck them at these two or they won't be properly married."

The blond was definitely laughing at them as they stumbled through the streets. And snapping pictures of them on his device. Pete didn't care though. He was busy laughing too and patting Kinn's chest with his hand.

"Soon we'll have flowers and you'll be able to properly marry us this time!"

"Wait!"

Vegas stopped and wobbled. He looked like he was about to cry as he peered between Kinn and Pete.

"Does that mean we're not really married??"

Whoah! Kinn was not expecting that. He totally didn't want Vegas to start crying. So he leans in. "Did I give my blessing? No? Flower chucking, then. Otherwise, it's a gunshot wedding."

He hoped that would be a sufficient way to compromise, that is until he had a flower to throw at Vegas' face.

"Ohhhhhh. So we're married. We're just not Kinn married."

He nodded his head as if he totally understood. Honestly he had no idea what was going on but Riley was waving at them and point them to a vendor that was open late with all kinds of flowers.

"FLOWERS!"

"Ohhhhhhh." He totally understood that... even though it made absolutely no sense. He brightened when he saw the flowers, the near-hysterics easily forgotten as he started walking again.

"How many do we need to be Kinn married?"

One whole bucket should do. He takes his time measuring out the yen, then makes a 'fuck it' motion and buys two. They're pretty, late fall flowers. Flowers with violets, oranges, and reds were in Kinn's hands, waiting for the last of the water to drip off. Picking out two of the best, with a watery grin, places one behind each of the newlywed's ear, takes a step back, and throws other flowers at them.

Bet the vendor didn't expect that!

"Two idiots, off and elope." There's no bitterness in his voice, just joy as he continues tossing flowers at them. Perfect way to get married--especially since mafia life never afforded normal things that normal people took for granted.

Riley was recording them now as Kinn put flowers behind their ears. Laughing, he grabbed Vegas' hands to twirl with him while their cousin threw flowers at them. It was probably going to make him dizzy but Pete didn't care. This was fun and he was having the time of his life celebrating with all the people who were now his family.

"That's right! We're idiots! But I'll marry this idiot again and again!"

Vegas grinned so, so broadly. When Pete grabbed his hands, he laughed heartily and spun around with him until the world started tilting. But, what did that matter when he was with his family under a rain of flowers?

"As many times as you want!" Maybe next time, they'll invite Kinn and Riley to bear witness!

"Somebody has to and it ain't gonna be me!" It was a good night. Friends, booze, and celebration. Kinn couldn't ask for a more perfect moment-for the most part.

The vendor was sighing heavily but smiling. The flowers had been purchased so if they wanted to throw them at each other it was fine. Pete really didn't care either way as he tripped and fell against his husband.

"Happy wedding. Now we're Kinn married."

Vegas staggered when Pete fell against him and barked out a laugh. He pressed a sloppy kiss to Pete's lips then reached over to pull Kinn into a hug.

"That's twice! Thanks, cousin!"

Kinn grins, allowing himself to be jostled between the two. "No divorcing. I don't want to have to shoot you." He tried to look serious but he was listing here and there with the alcohol in his system. His finger waggled in exaggeration as he stared at both of them. "'Mean it, now."

Pete laughed and hugged Kinn too. Riley was definitely still there recording them but he'd forgotten all about that. He was too busy loving being part of this family. Having Kinn so close to him and knowing that he was here to support them as much as they were him.

"Never gonna divorce him. He's mine now forever."

"What's divorce?" he asked, dead-eyeing his cousin as if he'd said something utterly and horribly stupid. Vegas tugged Pete a little tighter to him and then started grinning again. "This one's mine. No returns."

Kinn laughed. "Already tore up the receipts, I see! Very well, may you be married in this life and the next and the next."

"Every life! Every life!" There was absolutely no reason for him to be cheering that other than it sounded great in his head. Which was all his drunken brain really needed at the end. "That means you're my family forever now, Kinn. You're stuck with me too!"

Vegas barked out a laugh before joining Pete in his chant. This was nice. Having an actual caring family. He even spared a glance to Riley, smiling for him not even caring that he was still recording this whole force.

"I love you guys."
