Tay said drinks were on him when all that madness in the Western Kingdom was over. Vegas wasn't about to forget that. There was a lot to celebrate, after all! Vegas and Pete eloped, Tay survived, they were all reunited, they had some solid plans for the future. They may not be able to find a club in the way Tay would like, but if the night turned into a bar crawl, would any of them complain? Wherever they landed, Vegas was sure to be buying the most expensive drinks on the menu since he's not paying.

The place had music -- nothing like they're used to, but at least it had music. Which would make for an interesting night as the longer they're out and the more champagne Vegas drinks, the more likely he is to try to drag the others into dancing (especially Pete). It may not be what they're used to, but they can still have a good time, right?

"Pretty sure it's just cousin!"

And if it was something else then he had had too much alcohol to remember it. Or to even care to remember it. Pete laughed and went to take Kinn's drink from him so that way he could hand it to...someone. Whoever that was could enjoy drinking it! (And yes he'd made sure the someone wasn't Riley.)

"Cousin," he announced with an authoritative nod. Yes, that had to be it.

Once the drink was out of Kinn's hand, Vegas started shuffling and swaying, not in time with the music at all because he's wasted at this point. But he doesn't let go of Kinn's hand and starts swinging their arms.

Oh God. They're drunk swaying. It's not even real dancing! Kinn's face is slightly pinched in a smile as he takes the arm swinging. "How much have you really had to drink?"

Tay was a fool to say he was buying drinks.

"I stopped counting after...um...five? Six?"

And that had been back at the first bar. Pete had definitely been drinking a lot more after that and was now even doing little twirls and bouncing his hips back and forth. Shame? What was that when you were drunk? He was here to party!

Even if that meant looking absolutely silly while dancing.

The only real dancing Vegas is capable of at this point is sexy dancing with Pete. Kinn doesn't want that. And Vegas would never live it down if he got all up in his own cousin's space, even while drunk. Though he doesn't let go of Kinn's hand (lest he escape!), he grinned at Pete and reached out his free arm to him.

"A lot!"

Oh God. This was really weird. Sure, he's seen Pete blitzed out of his mind before when Porsche and Tankhun went out, but Vegas?

"I'm not making hangover cures for you." It's a hollow threat as he reluctantly joins in the weird dance. So he's not overly into it, but he's not fleeing, either. Maybe he'll get into it in a minute. Or hour. Maybe tomorrow.

"I know how to make them!"

As someone who had taken care of Khun's drunk ass so many times after Porsche introduced him to the bar he'd gotten very good at making them. Generally for himself but certainly for others too.

"So you should relax! Your cousins just got married!"

"Have fun, Kinn!" Vegas whined, tugging his hand insistently. "We don't need a chaperone tonight! It's all good."

Holy shit, Vegas was whining. Was that good or bad? Rolling his eyes, Kinn does try to make the best of it and sort of dances.

It's not until he has a few more drinks in him that he's really into celebrating.

The good news was that Pete was more than happy to keep providing Kinn alcohol. Because their good friend needed the chance to just let go for a few hours. Even toasted, Pete could figure out that dancing and booze was a great combo.

So Kinn could always expect to find Pete giving him a full drink. Enjoy getting a few more in you, Kinn. He was being very helpful.

Good boy, Pete! Vegas is worried that if he lets Kinn's hand go, he'll go become a wallflower again. So he keeps ahold it. Until he finally let go to sling an arm around his cousin's shoulders. As the songs play on, Vegas gets more into actually dancing instead of just drunkenly swaying, though his rhythm is about a half-beat behind. Woops.

"Thanks for being here, Kinn," he finally blabbered. "And everything else, too."

So after being plied with drinks, he's finally relaxed enough to enjoy the party. "You're an asshole for eloping. You know that, right?"

Then he peer/glares at Pete, sloshing his half drunk drink a bit in the process as he points. "And you're an asshole for just going on with it, too. I miss out on my cousins getting hitched? No one chucked flowers at you? Highly offended. I'm cutting you both out of my will."

And it's all said half slurred and while he's still 'dancing.'

"Vegas is definitely an asshole. But that's okay. I can be an asshole too with him." Pete laughed as he finished of his...um... Yeah he had no idea how many drinks he'd had at this point. It was so many though. So many.

"Oh. We should find flowers so you can chuck them at us though!"

"But I'm your asshole," he whined at Pete.

Vegas perked at the mention of flowers and bobbed his head in eager agreement. "I wonder if there's a flower shop open this late!" What time is it? He doesn't even know.

Immediately, he brightened at the concept. Flowers! They needed them and now. "We'll find one," he said with bright determination, a testament as to how much drink is really in his system. "We need to get the others--Guara! Doesn't he have flowers?"

Well, maybe not destroy his garden, but maybe there are flowers that could be bought? "N'Rie might know, too." Happy with a mission, he slings an arm around both his cousins.

"You two need a proper flower chucking. And necklaces and all that."

"His garden is so far... Oh but you're right. Little cousin would know! He loves exploring, right?"

Dipping a little under the weight of Kinn's arm, he grinned at him. It was so fun getting to see his new cousin loosen up a bit. Even if just for a few hours. Honestly it was good for him and he was grateful for it.

"Before the night is out...flowers!"

"Let's ask him!" Vegas was practically yelling in his enthusiasm.

Even Vegas was relieved to see Kinn more relaxed. He knows Porsche hasn't been far from his mind since they've come here and with Vegas being hurt and Tay getting injured, Kinn only had more to worry about.

"RILEY!" Kinn will be more than happy to head off this adventure. It was nice to have a purpose that didn't involve protection or money or business and this was so ridiulously stupid, Kinn couldn't help but keep it up.

"Riley, we need flowers!" He turned, turning the other two with him to find the slip of a man.

Pete had nothing else to contribute but laughter to this as they stumbled through the bar until they found the Fae at his table. Who proceeded to laugh at them and say he'd show them where the nearest flowers were. He was also pretty sure that he saw his new cousin get out his device like he was going to be ready to take pictures but the former bodyguard was too drunk to pay attention to that.

They had a blond to follow to get to flowers!

Walking would probably be easier fi they'd all let go of each other but who wanted to do that? Once the slight Fae was in front of them, Vegas gasped. "Riley! Riley will know where we can find flowers!"

Was this utterly ridiculous? Yes. Did Kinn care? No.

"Nong, we need flowers. I have to chuck them at these two or they won't be properly married."

The blond was definitely laughing at them as they stumbled through the streets. And snapping pictures of them on his device. Pete didn't care though. He was busy laughing too and patting Kinn's chest with his hand.

"Soon we'll have flowers and you'll be able to properly marry us this time!"

"Wait!"

Vegas stopped and wobbled. He looked like he was about to cry as he peered between Kinn and Pete.

"Does that mean we're not really married??"

Whoah! Kinn was not expecting that. He totally didn't want Vegas to start crying. So he leans in. "Did I give my blessing? No? Flower chucking, then. Otherwise, it's a gunshot wedding."

He hoped that would be a sufficient way to compromise, that is until he had a flower to throw at Vegas' face.

"Ohhhhhh. So we're married. We're just not Kinn married."

He nodded his head as if he totally understood. Honestly he had no idea what was going on but Riley was waving at them and point them to a vendor that was open late with all kinds of flowers.

"FLOWERS!"
