Over at Pete's in Yokohama, they had prepared a day to celebrate love. There were cute decorations about and the food tended to be served on heart shaped plates. More than that, they'd modified their menu to include the usuals but to also now have some special drinks for the week. Around the bar were little menus to let everyone know what these drinks were.

And what was the Cupid's Kiss? Why it was a little party popper filled with confetti that was made up of hearts and lips. A great way to celebrate with someone you loved whether it be friend or significant other. With the party going on for a week with the big party on Valentine's Day itself everyone was sure to have a great time and have their share of drug free booze to partake in.

And on the Day itself? The place would be packed. A food table with holiday treats could be found filled with all kinds of baked goods provided by The Bean Counter. Off to one side one could even play a little game of filling out a sheet to find out how well they knew their partner(s). Some of the questions were weird and some were expected. All part of the fun right? Anyone scoring higher than ten would get one free drink for the evening. Served in a giant glass to share with your loved ones, of course!

Ask the married couple who owns the bar and they might even be down to kiss each other for your eyes too. All in the name of love~

Wren -- OPEN TO ALL

Wren felt like she needed to so something. There's only so much sitting in a camp one could do and when Silvio mentioned his friends were hosting, she jumped at the chance. With the funds she had been given, she found a dress that would fit well for the atmosphere and did up her hair the best she could.

Being on Silvio's arm as friends was fine by her and she was all smiles and in awe of the bar as she looked around at all of the colored bits of glass. "Oh, look at this place! It's a dive bar? I read about those back home."

Cheng arrives in something reminiscent of his sect attire but more relaxed and with a watch of red to cover the opening the purple pleats left. It's not a holiday he's truly familiar with but if they were celebrating love, then it was a good thing to celebrate.

He comes up to the bar, offering a smile in greeting as he looks over the menu. "The place looks fantastic, as always. You all have outdone yourselves."

Porsche had been looking forward to this event. Any night at Pete's was a good night but this one? A party dedicated to romance and love? Yeah, he was here for it. He'd made certain he had the drinks down pat and could craft them with all the appropriate flare and showmanship. All that was left was his attire for the night.

He gave Kinn a kiss before parting ways, promising to meet up with him later. Into the back room for a wardrobe change and then he was ready to go. His costume as Cupid was truly inspired, if he did say so himself.

Silvio had figured that someone with as bright a nature as Wren seemed to have should have the chance to meet people. So he'd taken her out to the Valentine's thing that Pete's was having. It wasn't a holiday he'd ever celebrated before but it was nice to be able to spend time with friends. Including the new one he'd brought.

Though he wasn't able to see, he'd still found someone willing to get him a nicer shirt to wear with his jeans. Probably he should get slacks at some point but he didn't want to have anything too nice until he had a place to live that wasn't...a camp.

Smiling a bit at his date's question, he gave a shrug. "I'll be honest with you. I don't go to bars much. And I'm not one to really know the difference between all of them."

That voice was not any of the people who worked there though. No it was instead that of Riley who had popped up suddenly to give Cheng a kiss on the cheek. He had dressed himself cutely in a see through sweater over a black tank top and some tight pants. And to complete the outfit he'd made sure to ask Will to make him a flower crown to wear.

"They always do such a great job decorating for these things. It's so impressive! Also hi. You look so handsome!"

Had they asked Porsche to wear that costume? Oh absolutely not. But Pete was delighted by it anyway when his friend came back. He'd been moving bottles around to see if he could find the last button they were looking for but that could wait. This had to be addressed.

"Couldn't get enough after the mermaid thing? Now you've got to be Cupid?"

Vegas spent some time behind the bar, mostly serving straight liquor. He didn't have Porsche's talent for mixed drinks. Oh, he could mix them but he lacked the flair Porsche brought to the process. When he wasn't behind the bar or hanging off of Pete, he was mingling with the customers and bringing drinks to tables.

Even over the din of conversation, laughter, and music, he heard every time one of the damned party poppers went off and shot a glare toward Porsche. That was his idea, after all. Lucky for Vegas, Porsche was also going to be cleaning up. So once he's had a few drinks, he might start adding to the mess of glitter on the floor.

Will hung out at Pete's a lot, usually sipping on something sweet and pointedly non-alcoholic. Not tonight, though! Once he saw the first person let off one of those party poppers, he wanted one too! More than one because wasn't glitter pretty? Will was sitting (barely) in a veritable pile of glittery hearts and lips, sipping on something -- he's not really sure what. One look at him wobbling in his seat and his glassy eyes was enough to tell anyone he was beyond drunk.

That didn't stop him from chatting up anyone nearby. He rested his chin in his hands and sighed happily. "They throw the best parties here."

Her eyes were still scanning everything, her hand on the crook of Sylvio's arm the entire time. "Bars are so much of human culture. They're a gathering place for gossip, information, storytelling, and of course, companionship, to a degree. The way one person sets them up is unique to their past and their livelihood. It's like, showcasing themse--oh. Well, that's a mural! Someone put up a giant portrait of someone on the wall."

She looks back to Silvio, patting her free hand on his arm as well. "It's alright, though. I tend to be the DD in my friend groups so the bars always think I'm a cheap patron." That and being a lightweight, she preferred to have her wits about her.

The fun part about Cheng was that he was not as hair-trigger reactive as the Mafia were. The kiss caught him by surprise, causing his ears to pinken, but he did not react dramatically. Instead, Cheng wound an arm around Riley's waist as he smiles, taking in how the Fae looks. "Hi. And you look handsome, too." Maybe more pretty than handsome? It didn't matter to him. What did matter was the beauty in the Fae's heart and that was what made him handsome even if the outward appearance was easy on the eyes, too. "I thought the Jins were party happy and then Kinn and his clan have outdone them ten times over. You brought Will here, too, yes?"

Will and Cheng's schedules hadn't quite synced up so easily as his and Riley's. And as much fun as he was having with Riley and getting to know him, he wanted to do the same with Will as well. They had a connection as well-more that they were both leaders and protectors of people, but it was still something that resonated with Cheng very much.

She'd met Kinn and the man had taken Silvio aside for something-which was fine, Wren could hold her own when she needed to! Besides, now was the time to explore and see about making some friendships. The place held a menagerie of people here, whether they had animal features or not meant little to her. She was used to humanoid-shaped people.

What did stop her in her tracks was the bar's very own 'cupid' serving drinks. Oh. Oh no. He was hot and he was flirty and that was something that definitely appealed to her. Finding an unoccupied seat, she slid onto a barstool and looked over the menu, waiting for the bartender to have a free moment to take her order.

Now that she had her mocktail (the sherbert thing the Fae usually drank), she could people-watch. Did these devices have a range about translating languages? Wren wasn't certain and she kept tilting her head here and there to see if there was a range. Maybe it was a blanket magic on the surface of the earth? At any rate, Vegas was close to her when another party popper went off and she had to sip from her straw to hide her amusement as he turned to glare at 'cupid.'

"I take it the art herpes wasn't your idea," she said, opening up the floor for conversation.

Aha! There was the errant Fae! And very much into the celebrating mood too, with the way he was barely seated on the chair. Cheng slipped in beside him to help keep him upright, giving the Fae a playful smirk.

"Did you order the wine or did someone slip it into your drink?" And then he leaned in closer to whisper, making sure that he held up a forearm to keep others from seeing how close his mouth was to the other's ear. "Because someone certainly should be punished for secretly slipping you something."

Porsche laughed, just thoroughly enjoying himself. "Had to be done. Just think, word will get out that Pete's has the best eye candy in Nippon working the bar and this place will be packed. Every night."

He leaned in closer as if imparting trade secrets. "Besides, this is going to drive Kinn crazy which always works out well for me."

While doing a quick check to make certain he had everything he wanted close at hand, he glanced at his friend. "So.... whatcha lookin for?" He had a pretty good idea but wanted to see if Pete would admit to it.

Riley hadn't really opted to wear anything that fancy for the party. He probably could have but he was happy to wear a see through brown sweater over a black tank top with some tight pants and a lovely flower crown that Will had made him. At his request but honestly Will would have done it regardless. Smiling brightly as he went around socializing, he offered ice flowers to anyone interested. These were made especially by him.

Trotting up to another person, he held out one of the flower with a bright smile on his face. "You don't have a flower yet! This one is for you!"

Pete figured that Porsche's idea for celebrating Valentine's Day was a fun idea. So he'd actually gone out of his way to help make the party poppers to ensure they were filled to the brim with things to release. Vegas would hate it, he knew that already, but he'd make sure to make it up to him later as well as help to clean everything up.

He knew more than a few tricks for cleaning party popper messes up. After all he'd been the one to check over after messes were made in Tankhun's room. Usually in secret so that way no one would realize how good he was at it and rely on him for it.

Dressed in a festive shirt, Pete made sure to help serve the mixed drinks so Porsche wasn't doing all the work. He was actually proving to be getting better and better at it by paying attention to his friend! Grinning, he leaned forward. "What'll it be?"

Silvio hadn't ever celebrated this holiday and it wasn't really his thing either. Love was something to be celebrated every day. But, he wasn't about to rain on anyone's parade and Wren deserved to see a safe place to socialize. She was feeling better so she deserved a chance to be somewhere that she could thrive rather than cooped up at his camp in the woods.

The poppers were...a lot for him though. So after awhile he found a quieter corner to sit in and nursed a drink as he just listened to everyone around him. He did look nice in his new shirt and he'd talk to anyone who came over to him. But it was pretty clear that this was...not the easiest place on him at the moment given how his should tensed every time one of those poppers went off. It wasn't the loudest sound really not compared to a gun or something. Just the suddenness of it, hard for him to predict over the sounds of the people around him. But he'd stay so Wren could have a good time and he could get her back safely.

These were the nights Porsche lived for and he was in a great mood. The laughter and grins came easily. Every one was having a wonderful time. Even the regular glares from Vegas had him laughing a bit to himself.

Moving to the next person at his bar, Porsche rested his hands on the edge and too a moment to consider the lady sitting there. "And what can I get you tonight?" Tipping his head to the side, he went on. "Or should I guess which one of the drinks on offer has caught your eye? Would it be the French Kiss? Or maybe a Screaming Orgasm? Perhaps it's the Bi Babe?"

Kinn comes by with this shirt even though Silvio can't see it. Or appreciate the fact that Kinn's buttons were broken. He's already gotten an eyeful of Porsche in his full costume (to which he will be smacking that ass in a few hours) and decided to let everyone else lament that Porsche was not available. But right now, seeing Silvio flinch in the corner was enough to get him moving.

"Hey Silvio," Kinn greeted. "You doing okay here?"

Oh, he was pretty up close too! Smiling brightly, she looks down at the menu again. "That would depend on whether you can mocktail any of them. I'm as lightweight as you can get and since it seems like I'm the resident newbie, keeping that status to myself would probably be the best option."

She never had any issue being upfront with the bartenders when she went out with her friends. They always kept an eye out for her and were quick to switch her drinks out if her mind wandered and she missed a slick move. Her eyes flicked back up through her lashes to peer at him. "What would you recommend? I have to refer to the expert, here."

He smelled Kinn before he heard him thanks to how noisy things were. But he still gave the man a smile. Tense though he was, it was still nice to have a friend come over to talk to him. And apparently to check on him. Silvio gave a soft laugh and rubbed the back of his neck.

"Ah I'll be fine. I don't know what the loud things are but they're pretty surprising. And loud. Mostly for me."

He tilted his head and then nodded. "Yeah, they're a bit obnoxious. You still want to be out here or where it's a bit quieter?"

He knew more than others about how sudden things could make someone antsy. So he would make the visit as comfortable as possible. Vegas shouldn't mind the break room being used, right?

"No," he practically snarled, though it wasn't directed at Wren. He was still glaring at Porsche as if to indicate it was his.

"Lucky for me, I'm not the one cleaning it up."

And that brought a smug smile to his face. If other people wanted to make a mess of his bar, other people could be the ones to lean it up after. Nor was he going to go easy on them when that time came.

Those dark eyes blinked as he turned his head, and thus, half his body, to look at who sat beside him. Curiosity melted away to fondness and a broad smile spread over his lips.

"Cheng~! Cue the awkward hug attempted from his barstool. "No, no, no, I ordered it because it's a holiday! I'm the only one who should be punished," he assured.

Cheng had to humm at that. "Any reason to drink." He wasn't upset in the least! In fact, he found it amusing because alcohol and Fae did not mix. Ever. "Is that your first one?" he continued, sitting closely so he could catch Will should he lose his balance on the barstool.
